Healthy Partnerships offers services that promote wellness for individuals, families, and communities with mental health challenges. We provide client-centered, therapeutic counseling to adults coping with a variety of mental health issues, such as:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • PTSD

We invite clients to engage in a variety of services, including individual, family, and group therapy. We use evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), stages of change, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Our goal is to impart tools and skills that allow you to live life to the fullest.
