Jamie Wilson, CADC II, Lead Substance Abuse Counselor
Jamie is currently the Lead Substance Abuse Counselor with Healthy Partnerships in our Fairfield and Vacaville Offices. She has worked for Healthy Partnerships for six years. She graduated in 2009 with a degree in Human Services/Addiction Studies and focused on relapse prevention, co-dependency, pharmacology, criminal justice/addiction, group processing, cultural diversity, and law and ethics. In 2011, she received her CADC I and in 2013 received her CADC II. She has worked in the substance abuse field for seven years assisting clients develop healthy behaviors, develop new coping skills, and preventing relapse. She also works to support her clients in reaching goals they have set while in treatment and assist them in developing an outside support system to strengthen their recovery outside of treatment.
She is in this field to help others who suffer from the disease of addiction and assist them in developing a new life without having to turn to substances. She truly enjoys working with others, watching them grow on their road to recovery, and building a new positive lifestyle for themselves and their families.
