How are you feeling?

Caminar is dedicated to offering safe, inclusive, and affirming behavioral health treatment services for teenagers and their families. That’s a fancy way of saying we’re really good listeners. And, sometimes, a really good listener is exactly what you need.

The conversation is free, and everything you share is confidential, unless it’s essential to contact emergency services to keep you safe.

Would it help to talk? There are two ways to get in touch.

Feel like you have a specific worry or need?

We can direct you to a specific resource. Many of our mental health services are free; others are low-cost or sliding scale fee depending on certain criteria. Everything you share is confidential, unless it’s essential to contact emergency services to keep you safe.

Need immediate help? In a mental health crisis, call or text 988.

Sometimes, it’s more than an uncomfortable feeling.

Sometimes, it’s a specific worry or need. For services Caminar’s team is unable to offer, we’re able to connect you to the appropriate services and/or provide referrals to ensure your needs are met. These needs may include but are not limited to:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • PTSD

  • Conflict/stress in relationships

  • LGBTQ+ identities and experiences

  • Substance use/self-medication (substance use treatment for 18+)

It’s okay to ask for help.

Plenty of support is available. Here are a few of our favorite resources for education and mental health services. Each of these hotlines is available 24/7.
