Pivoted to adapt most operations to virtual, telehealth systems and simultaneously navigated safe delivery of essential in-person services and staff functions, allowing us to continue services to all clients - especially our most marginalized, vulnerable, and lowest-income neighbors
Reached over 18,000 children and adults with behavioral health education, prevention, treatment, and recovery programs across five counties in the Bay Area and Northern California
145 young adults and adults gained skills to address the root causes of domestic violence, child abuse, and neglect in order to end cycles of violence and abuse
400 lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, and ally youth and young adults connected with a safe and supportive environment with mental health and wellness resources
685 young adults and adults received supportive services to build networks of support, resume their educations, or reenter the workforce
1,462 local youth, families, and teachers accessed counseling, consultation, and support through programs connected to their schools
1,765 individuals accessed life-changing housing and wrap-around supportive resources to keep them housed
2,665 adults moved forward in recovery from addiction
3,075 individuals received residential or outpatient mental health treatment, case management, and wellness services
8,251 individuals in the greater community learned from our speakers bureau to create environments that embody the values of equity, diversity, inclusion, and reduce stigma

Earned a 100/100 rating from Charity Navigator’s Encompass Rating System, which designates Caminar as an official “Give with Confidence” charity, indicating our organization uses donations effectively
Received Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accreditation through March 2024, which demonstrates our adherence to international standards of quality and commitment to the pursuit of excellence in care
