 Happy New Year! We hope your holidays were restful and healthy. To kick off 2022, we wanted to offer some suggestions for some positive mental health resolutions:  

  • Make time for consistent self-care 
  • Create realistic goals for yourself  
  • Limit screentime  
  • Get a healthy amount of sleep  
  • Explore different hobbies  
  • Try out journaling  
  • Practice gratitude  
  • Seek mental health care if you need it  

We hope that you have a healthy and positive 2022!
