At the Caminar Teen and Family Wellness Center - Palo Alto, we offer accessible and competitively priced evidence-based, whole-person mental health services for teens and their families. We help teens build emotional strength and resilience while guiding families through healthier communication and connection.

For Teens:

  • Support without judgement to help with stress, sadness, identity, family, and more
  • Tools to navigate hard feelings, tough situations, and every day stress
  • One-on-one therapy - in person or live online
  • Appointments offered around your schedule; after school or in the evenings

For Families:

Trusted care for the moments that matter.

  • Timely, flexible, private-pay services at competitive rates - for accessible, high-quality care when it matters most
  • Evidence-based, whole-person therapy with a licensed clinician for mild-to-moderate mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors
  • One-on-one sessions for your teen 
  • Family therapy for your teen and your family
