July is BIPOC Mental Health Month
July is BIPOC Mental Health Month, a time to recognize the unique challenges many Black, Indigenous, and People of Color face when seeking mental health care. Because of supporters like you, more individuals and families can access compassionate, culturally responsive care when they need it most.
Your generosity helps break down barriers to treatment and ensures that whole-person mental health services remain within reach for our communities. Together, we're creating pathways to healing, hope, and belonging.

Did You Know? Your IRA Can Positively Impact Your Community
That’s right! Your IRA can help fund Caminar programs when distributions are directly given from your account to Caminar. If you're age 70½ or older, your IRA can be the source of a simple, tax-smart way to support the causes you care about while making an immediate difference in your community through a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD.) QCDs allow eligible individuals to make charitable gifts directly from their Individual Retirement Account to Caminar.
