In The News: One-time grant will offer homes, services for Concord’s unhoused

Concord Pioneer highlights grant for Caminar's Rapid Rehousing Program

The Concord Pioneer reported on a one-time $5 million grant distributed to six agencies to provide services to the unhoused population in Concord. Caminar's Rapid Rehousing program received $1,580,000, which will be used to pay for housing and provide wrap-around services such as case management, help with employment, and finding permanent housing if needed.
