From Empathy to Impact: Why Kind Leadership Matters

Caminar CEO Mark Cloutier, a member of the Forbes Nonprofit Council, authored his latest article on Forbes: From Empathy to Impact: Why Kind Leadership Matters Cloutier writes, "Too often, we see kindness framed as a 'soft skill,' something that’s aspirational but not strategic. In my experience, the opposite has proven to be true. Using kindness as a leadership strategy—one that drives retention, improves quality of care and builds a culture where people feel safe and valued—is what drives measurable impact."
