Caminar in the News: Mark Cloutier on Youth Mental Health
Last week, our CEO, Mark Cloutier was interviewed live on ABC 7 about a recent survey by Blue Cross on youth mental health. Of the 1,300 youth surveyed, 87% report mental health struggles.

Sherita Nzali, MBA, MS, PHR | Chief People and Equity Officer
Sherita Nzali joined Caminar in August 2023. Sherita has over 15 years of human resources (HR) experience and a deep commitment to driving a world-class HR organization focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Sherita comes to Caminar with a proven track record of significant impact as a senior HR leader across several industries, working with companies such as Netflix, Apple, Cloudera, and Facebook. Sherita holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and has several other professional certifications. Personally, Sherita is a member of the prominent, internationally recognized organization Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and a member of NAAAHR, NBMBA, SHRM, and Toastmasters International. She lives in the East Bay with her husband and their sons.
Jessica Sananes | Donor Relations Officer
Jessica Sananes (Jess) joins us as our new Donor Relations Officer. As a local San Franciscan with 8+ years of experience fundraising in the nonprofit sector Jess comes to us with a passion of working with donors to make an impact in our community supporting the unique needs of each individual. Jess lives in Marin with her husband, Raul, her two sons Rafa (3 years) and Alex (9 months) along with their dog, Frida. When Jess is not running around after her sons and dog she enjoys sitting down with a good book, going for a run, creating something new in the kitchen, or working on a visual art piece whether it is a painting, drawing or even embroidery.
