Overview

The mission of SIOT is to conduct coordinated outreach and inreachefforts across Solano County, ensuring that housing service providers are aligned and working collaboratively. Countywide coordination is essential—every part of the system needs to understand what the others are doing in order to effectively serve individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability. Our mission includes collecting and analyzing data to identify areas of success and gaps in service delivery, allowing us to inform funders and stakeholders with transparent, actionable insights.
