Diversion Community Treatment (DCTT) Team offers specialized intensive forensic mental health services and support for individuals in Solano County who participate in Mental Health Diversion pursuant AB 1001.36. Department of State Hospital/ State Hospital Diversion (DSH/SHD) Team works with individuals with serious mental illness who face felony charges and could be determined to be Incompetent to Stand Trial (IST).
