  • All referrals are managed by the San Mateo County BHRS Facilities Utilization Management team, and clients are referred by their established treatment team

Overview

We operate two social rehabilitation homes in San Mateo County that are licensed by Community Care Licensing and certified by the Department of Health Care Services. These programs provide transitional residential services for adults returning to the community after being in long-term sub-acute psychiatric settings. Residents and staff collaborate to create a dynamic yet peaceful milieu that fosters independence, active peer relationships, and the achievement of life goals. Clients have 24-hour support and are offered life skills training, which includes a broad range of therapeutic and educational groups.
