Overview

The Concord Mobile Dignity Center (CMDC) works with individuals and families in the City of Concord who are experiencing homelessness.

Starting on Thursday, February 12, the CMDC will be open every Thursday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

The Concord Mobile Dignity Center is a collaborative effort that brings multiple organizations together at a single, accessible location to provide services, including:

  • Mobile Showers (family showers between 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM)
  • Free Clothing
  • Free Food
  • Housing Navigation
  • Mental Health Services
  • Case Management
  • Medical Care (2nd Thursday of the month)


Find us at the First Christian Church of Concord, 3039 Willow Pass Rd. Concord, CA 94519. This location is easily accessible via Bus Line 15.
